1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and gbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gbaji website, mobile application, and all gaming services offered through the platform. By accessing gbaji, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

gbaji operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. The platform offers a range of gaming products including slots, live casino games, fishing games, and crash games. All gaming activity on gbaji is subject to these Terms, along with any additional rules published on specific game pages or promotion pages.

2. Account Registration

gbaji may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits and Payments

gbaji supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbaji does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Deposits are credited to your gbaji account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact gbaji support with your transaction reference number.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though gbaji may apply limits to individual accounts based on risk assessment.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension.
• gbaji reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

gbaji uses secure payment processing infrastructure and does not store your mobile banking credentials. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through verified payment gateways.

4. Withdrawals

gbaji is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and reliably. Players can withdraw their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Most withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are completed within a few hours during business hours.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification. This is a one-time process and is required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. Funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• gbaji reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above BDT 50,000. These checks may extend the processing time by up to 72 hours.
• If a withdrawal is declined, gbaji will notify you by email with the reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between account and payment details.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section, as well as any additional conditions published on the specific promotion page. In the event of a conflict between this section and a promotion-specific page, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

The following general bonus rules apply to all gbaji promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement on gbaji is 20x the bonus amount, though individual promotions may specify different requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 7 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonuses that have not been wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
• The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is BDT 500 per round or spin. Bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

• All games on gbaji use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game information page. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your account. gbaji is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated from a voided round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from gbaji can request self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• gbaji will not send promotional communications to players who have self-excluded.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

• gbaji is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.
• gbaji is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• gbaji does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• gbaji is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your gaming winnings. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with their own tax obligations.

Nothing in these Terms limits gbaji's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gbaji's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to These Terms
